7.5 REQUESTING SPARE PARTS
After verifying the problem with a specialized technician, When requesting spare parts, after please say clearly :
• Model of the item.
• Serial number of the item.
• Motivation of the request of support.
• Quantity of the spare part.
Possibly, enclose also a picture of the part to be ordered.
