Proximity area
If the machine comes closer than approx. 2 m (proximity area) to the operator,
the machine will
stop vibrating and moving. The machine will be able to receive
commands again once the operator leaves the proximity area.
If the operator is closer than approx. 2 m to the side of the machine or the
infrared signals of the remote control are transmitted by reflection, it is not
guaranteed that vibration and movement will stop. Risk of serious injury due to
crushing.
If other persons come closer than approx. 2 m (proximity area) to the machine,
the machine will not stop vibrating and moving. Shutdown in the proximity area
will only function in combination with the remote control. Risk of serious injury
due to crushing.
Follow the following instructions when working with the machine:
f Operate the machine from behind it and observe a minimum safety distance
of 2 m.
f Ensure that no persons are in the proximity area or work area of the machine.
Risk of serious injury due to crushing.
5.2.5 Diagnostic system
Machine diagnostic system
The machine's diagnostic system consists of a controller and sensors, which
monitor various components of the machine.
If the diagnostic system detects a malfunction or error, the receiver units will
indicate this by blinking or glowing red. A malfunction message with an error
code will appear on the display screen.
Each error code stands for a specific malfunction. The diagnostic system can
distinguish between approx. 30 error codes.
In case of severe malfunctions, the error code will be entered into the error
memory, and the machine will automatically turn off the engine or deactivate.
