10.4 Malfunction messages in the control lamps of the remote control

Remote control battery is

Recharge or change remote

Operate machine with coiled
helix cable (while
simultaneously charging the
battery).
The Operation control lamp
does not flash after the remote
control has been turned on.
Remote control battery is
discharged.
Recharge or change remote
control battery.
Remote control is defective. Change remote control or have
remote control repaired. *
The Operation control lamp is lit
in red, and the Diagnostic
control lamp is flashing green.
Control lever is defective. Have control lever replaced. *
Remote control is defective. Change remote control or have
remote control repaired. *
* Have these tasks carried out by the service department of your Wacker Neuson contact person.
Charging control lamp flashes
green.
The battery is automatically
preheated for charging. It may
not be possible to recharge the
battery at temperatures below
0°C.
 Wait until the Charging
control lamp is lit in green
and charging begins.
 Charge the battery at
temperatures above 0 °C.
Remote control turns itself off. If no button on the remote
control is pressed, the remote
control will turn off automatically
after 10 minutes.
