Malfunction messages on the control lamps

Malfunction Cause Remedy
Charging control lamp is lit in
red while the engine is running.
Error in the electrical system. Have the machine repaired. *
Preheating control lamp is lit in
yellow.
Machine is starting up. Wait until the engine starts.
Air cleaner control lamp is lit in
yellow.
Air cleaner cartridge is dirty. Change air cleaner cartridge.
Oil pressure control lamp is lit
in red while the engine is
running.
Engine oil level is too low. Top up with engine oil.
Oil pressure switch or electrical
connection is defective.
Have the machine repaired. *
* Have these tasks carried out by the service department of your Wacker Neuson contact person.
Coolant temperature control
lamp is lit in red.
Radiator cooling fins are dirty. Blow out cooling fins from inside
to outside with compressed air at
a sufficient distance.
Coolant level is too low. Top up coolant.
Cooling system has a leak. Have the machine repaired. *
