5. Gently move Tray 6 back into position.
HCF (1 Tray) fault codes
If an error caused the printing to end abnormally, or a malfunction occurred in the
machine, then an error code is displayed. When an error code is displayed, all print data
of the machine as well as print data stored in the machine's built-in memory is discarded.
Note
If an error code appears that is not listed in the table below, or if an error persists after
following the listed solution, then contact the Xerox Customer Support Center.
024-955
Cause: Tray 6 is empty/out of paper.
Remedy: Add paper to Tray 6.
024-974
Cause: Designated paper size and the size of paper in the tray differs when feeding
paper from the inserter.
Remedy: Reset the paper or cancel the job.
078-100
Cause: (Optional) Paper Tray 6 malfunctioned.
Remedy: Check the paper loaded in Tray 6. Power off and then power on the machine.
If the tray errors are not fixed by performing the relevant remedy, contact the Customer
Support Center.
078-101
Cause: (Optional) Paper Tray 6 malfunctioned.
