The positive or negative pulse width must be greater than 50 μs for adjusting
the duty cycle or pulse width under different frequencies. Otherwise, the
accuracy and range will differ from the definition.

For signal frequency greater than 1 kHz, an additional 0.1% per kHz is added to
the accuracy.

The accuracy for duty cycle and pulse width is based on a 5 V square wave input
without dividing signal.
