Math Status Flags Not Permitted in Structured Text
Math status flags are no longer permitted in ST. Use of math status flags in ST
fails verification.
This implementation affects all math status producer/consumer instructions.
Mitigation
Move legacy ST code into an Add-On Instruction that contains equivalent
RLL code to emulate math status behavior. Also use Add-On Instruction
output parameters to return math status flag-specific values for client to test.
