o When powered by a battery pack, the camcorder shuts off to save power
(CD 68) if left without any operation for 5 minutes. Approximately 30
seconds before the camcorder shuts off the message" ill AUTO POWER
OFF" will appear. If the camcorder shuts off, turn the IB3il switch to
_ and back on again.
o About the LCD and viewfinder screen: The screens are produced with
extremely high-precision manufacturing techniques, with more than
99.99% of the pixels operating to specification. Less than 0.01 % of the
pixels may occasionally misfire or appear as black or green dots. This has
no effect on the recorded image and does not constitute a malfunction.
Indicates the remaining time of the tape
in minutes. "~" moves during
recording.
"~ END" flashes when the
tape reaches the end.

is less than 15
seconds, the remaining tape time may
not appear.
• Depending on the type of the tape, the
indication may not be displayed
