1. Interior lamps
Move control
1
to one of the 3 fol-
lowing positions:
Automatic lighting of the
interior lamps
On entering the vehicle:
They come on as soon as the
vehicle is unlocked or a door is
opened.
They go out 30 seconds after
the doors are closed or when
ignition is switched on.
The interior lamp comes
on when you open a door
or the boot.
The interior lamp is deacti-
vated and remains perma-
nently off.
Lighting is permanent.
The spotlamp is on.
2. Spotlamps
The spotlamps only function when
the ignition is switched on, but not
in economy mode.
Move one of the controls

to the
following position:
Front
Rear
On vacating the vehicle:
They come on as soon as the
ignition key is removed (timed
for 30 seconds), or when a
door is opened.
They go out 30 seconds after
all the doors have been closed
or immediately after the vehicle
has been locked.
Rear reading lamps
(Tourer with panoramic roof)
With the key in the DRIVE or
STARTING position, press the
corresponding switch.
The rear reading lamps come on
when the key is removed from the
ignition and when the vehicle is
unlocked.
They go out gradually once the
ignition is switched on or the
vehicle is locked.
Pressing switch

switches on
the corresponding rear reading
lamp for a duration of 10
minutes.
