FC 300 Design Guide
How to Program
5-70 Term 32/33 Pulses per Revolution
Range:
128 - 4096 PPR
*
1024PPR
Function:
Sets the encoder pulses per revolution on the
crankshaft. Read the correct value from the
encoder. It is not possible to set the parameter
while the motor is running.
5-71 Term 32/33 Encoder Dir ection
Option:
*Clockwise [0]
Counterclockwise [1]
Function:
Changes the dete cted encoder d irecti on (revolution)
without changing the wires to the encoder. Select
Clockwise when A channe l is 90° (electrical degrees)
before channel B by clockwise rotation of the encoder
shaft. Select Counterclockwise when A channel is
90° (ele ctrical degrees) after channel B by clockwise
rotation of the encoder shaft. It is not possible to
set the parameter while the motor is running.
5-72 Term 32/33 Gear Numerator
Range:
1.0 - 60000 N/A
*
1N/A
Function:
Sets the nominator value for a gea r ratio between
encoder and driving shaft. The nominator is
related to the encoder shaft and the denominator
is relate d to the driving shaft.
Example: Speed on the encoder shaft = 1000 RPM
and speed on the driving shaft is 3000 RPM:
Par. 5-72 = 1000 and par. 5-73 = 3000, or
par. 5-72 = 1 and par. 5-73 = 3.
Par 5-72 cannot be adjusted while the
motor is running.
If the motor control principle is ’Flux w en
coder
feedback’ (par. 1-01 [3] ), the gear ratio between
motorandencodermustbe1:1. (Nogear).
5-73 Term 32/33 Gear Denominator
Range:
1.0 - 60000 N/A
*
1N/A
Function:
Sets the denominator value for a gear ratio between
encoder and driving shaft. The denominator is
related to the driving shaft. See also par. 5-7 2.
Par. 5-73 cannot be adjusted while the
motor is running.
