The following sections explain the Printer Manager menus and the adjustments that you can
make.
Status Menu
The Status menu options display basic information about the printer and its status. The Status
menu is display-only and cannot be changed.
Options with an (A) in the Printer Manager tables in the following sections are available
only when logged in using the WebAdmin access level. Options without an (A) also are
available to WebUser access level users.

Printer Status

Displays printer status information including
the state, how long the printer has been on
(in seconds), the current conditions of the
printer, and recent job status.
