The aggregation switches can be installed in the Dell EMC rack or a customer provided rack. Customer must follow all the
recommended power rules that are outlined in the ECS EX900 Third-Party Rack Planning and Installation Guide.
For installation in a Dell EMC rack, it is recommended to take the place of node 16 and rack Eagle and Falcon in U39 and U40
respectively.
The aggregation switch allows you to connect up to seven racks of EXF900 nodes in the same cluster.
