Notebook: switching off
The position of the on/off switch may vary from device to device.

► Shut down the operating system properly
(in Windows via the Start menu by clicking
Start Symbol – Shut Down – Shut Down – OK).

► If the notebook is not switched off
automatically, press the ON/OFF switch (1)
for approx. five seconds.
Devices with a r eleas e mechanism

► Close the L CD screen (1) until you
feel it click and engage.
