Your device has two WebCams: one on the front of the device and one on the rear.
The webcams have their own s
tatus indicators. The status indicators light up
when th e respective webcam
sareactive.
Depending on the software
used, you can u se your webcam to take pictures,
record video clips or take
part in web chats.
• The picture quality depe
nds on the lighting conditions and t he software being used.
• You can only o perate the webcam with a particular application (e.g. an Internet telephony
program or a video conferencing p rogram which supports a webcam).
• When using the webcam th
e support of the Tablet PC must not wobble.
• The webcam automatically adjusts itself t o the curre nt light level. For this reason,
the touchscreen may Àicker while the light level is adjusted.

The built-in battery provides the Tablet PC with the necessary power for use on the move.
You can increase the service life of the battery by caring for the battery properly. The
average battery service life is around 500 cha rge/disch arge cycles.
You c an extend the battery service life by taking advantage of the available energy-saving f unctions.
