2.4 GDU 1xxx OVERVIEW
The GDU 1xxx provides display and control interface for the G1000 and functions
interchangeably as a PFD or an MFD. Typical VLJ/LJ installations involve 3 GDUs and
optional remote control devices. In a 3 GDU configuration, two PFDs (PFD1 and PFD2) and
one MFD comprise the primary control and display interface.
