The GSD 41 is a data concentrator used to expand the input and output capabilities of the G1000
system. Communication is through the High Speed Data Bus.

3.17.1 GRC 10 XM Remote Control
The GRC 10 remote control allows passenger interface with the GDL XM radio without inputs
from the pilot or co-pilot. It’s use does not prevent XM radio channel selection via the MFD
though it’s use disables the volume and mute selections on the MFD.
