Replace Pilot Filter --- every 1000 hours
WARNING: Be sure to work only after oil tem-
perature is low or before operation. Failure to do
so may allow high temperature oil to spray, pos-
sibly causing severe burns.
1. Park the machine on a solid level surface. Position
the machine with the arm cylinder fully retracted and
the bucket cylinder fully extended. Lower the bucket
and blade to the ground. Stop the engine.
2. Before replacing the element, be sure to loosen the
hydraulic oil tank cap to release the air pressure from
the hydraulic oil tank.
3. Remove bolts (3) to remove under cover (2) from the
rear left bottom side of the base machine.
Wrench size : 17 mm
Tightening torque : 49 N⋅m (5 kgf⋅m, 36 lbt⋅ft)
