MAINTENANCE
5. Refill to the upper level mark on
the oil level dipstick with the
recommended oil.
6. Install the dipstick and drain bolt
cover securely.
7. Reinstall the oil filler cap securely.
Do not overtighten.
8. Install and lock the engine cover
securely.
Please dispose of used motor oil in a
manner that is compatible with the
environment. We suggest you take it
in a sealed container to your local
service station for reclamation. Do
not throw it in the trash, pour it on the
ground or down a drain.
Wash your hands with soap and water
after handling used oil.
Spark Plugs
To ensure proper engine operation,
the spark plug must be properly
gapped and free of deposits.
The spark plug becomes very hot
during operation and will remain
hot for a while after stopping the
engine. Allow the engine to cool
before servicing the spark plug.
Check-Adjust interval:
Every 100 operating hours or 6
months.
Replacement interval:
Every 100 operating hours or 6
months.
Recommended spark plug:
DR7EB (NGK)
X22 ESR-UB (DENSO)
Use only the recommended spark
plugs or equivalent. Spark plugs
which have an improper heat range
may cause engine damage.
