The HPE Smart Storage Hybrid Capacitor is only supported on Gen10 and later servers.
One energy pack option can support multiple devices. An energy pack option is optional. However, to enable flash backed write cache
(FBWC) or SmartCache (SR) on the storage controller, the energy pack option is required. Once installed, the status of the energy pack
