Shooting
Applicable to: Full Auto shooting mode A, Manual shooting
mode M
Shortens the closeup distance at the tele [T] end of the
zoom. (1 m B approx. 80 cm)
There are two ways to set this feature.
A Set [Tele Macro] in the [Camera Function] menu to AOnB.

B Assign the tele macro function to a user button and press
the button. ( A Page 19, 66 )

Set]B[USER1]/[USER2]/[LOLUX/3]/[C.REVIEW/4]/

When the tele macro feature is turned

icon appears on the screen.
Memo :
When Program AE is set to ATwilightB, the tele macro
feature is forcibly turned AOffB.
Applicable to: Full Auto shooting mode A, Manual shooting
mode M
During video shooting, diagonal lines (zebra pattern) are
displayed only at areas with the specified luminance levels.
You can specify the luminance level range for displaying the
zebra pattern.
Displaying the Zebra Pattern
There are two ways to display the zebra pattern.
A Set [LCD/VF] menu B[Shooting Assist]B[Zebra] to AOnB.

B Assign the zebra function to a user button and press the
button. ( A Page 19, 66 )
* Set [Main Menu]B[Camera Function]B[Switch

[ZEBRA/5]/[REC/6] to AZebraB. (A Page 66)
A zebra pattern is displayed at the area that corresponds
to the specified luminance level.
Memo :
When [Display On TV] in the [A/V Out] menu is set to
AOnB, the zebra pattern display is output on the external
monitor. Set [Display On TV] to AOffB to clear the display
on external monitors. (A Page 73)
