(1) Position Control Lever
(A) Lowering (B) Lifting
The position control lever is used to
operate the hydraulic lifting arm. It is
also used to adjust the height of the
implement with 3-point hitch.
3-POINT HITCH CONTROL SYSTEM
POSITION CONTROL
S76O701a
Perform bleeding procedure as shown in the following if the position
control lever is moved to "LIFTING" but the 3-point hitch does not lift
because of long-term storage or change of the transmission oil.
1. Stop the engine.
2. Move the position control lever to "LOWERING" position and start
the engine.
3. Run the engine at idle for about 30 seconds and eliminate any trapped
air from the hydraulic system.
Do not operate the engine until it is warmed up. Running the engine
when it is cold may cause hydraulic system damage.
If noise can be heard when the hydraulic control lever is moved and
the implement is lifted, it identies that the hydraulic system is not
adjusted correctly. If the hydraulic control system is not assembled
correctly, it may cause system damage. Consult your KIOTI Dealer if
you need more adjustment.
