Possible causes Actions
1. Poor fuel governor system

Consult with a dealer for repair.
2. Poor fuel quality

Select good quality fuel.
Temperature Fuel type
- Over -10°C NO.2 diesel
- Below -10°C NO.1 diesel
3. Poor nozzle

Replace with a new nozzle if necessary.
4. Unstable burn

Poor spraying, improper injection timing, abnormal injection system, poor valve
adjustment, or compression leakage, poor compression, etc. Check and repair.
Possible causes Actions
1. Fuel leakage

Check the fuel tank and ll if necessary.

Check air or oil leaks in the fuel system.
2. Poor nozzle

Replace with a new nozzle if necessary.
3. Engine overheats due to insufcient oil or
improper lubrication for moving parts.

Check engine oil level with the oil level gauge.

Check the lubrication system.

Check the element in the lubrication oil lter for age or being clogged. Replace
with a new element if necessary.

Check if the engine bearing clearance meets the specication.
If engine stops suddenly, pressure in the engine decreases and engine is driven gently by a fan belt. If engine
runs with no problem, the trouble is due to insufcient fuel or poor nozzle.
