IMMEDIATE ENGINE STOP
Possible causes Actions
1. Sudden acceleration or deceleration

Check injection timing and fuel system adjustment.
2. Abnormal noise

Check all moving parts carefully.
3. Black exhaust fumes

Check the fuel injection system, especially the fuel injection nozzle.
4. Bearing parts overheating

Check the lubrication system.
5. Oil warning light comes on while driving

Check the lubrication system.

Check if the engine bearing clearance meets the specication.

Check valve adjustment inside the oil lter.

Check the pressure switch.

Check the lter base gasket.
