6.6 Rigging the auxiliary hoist
You need the following equipment:
– suitable lifting gear and guide ropes with sufficient bearing capacity,
– a separate vehicle,
– if necessary, a rigging frame for rigging counterweight combinations up
to max. 21 t.

6.6.1 CHECKLIST: Installing the auxiliary hoist
Prerequisites – The truck crane is supported with the required outrigger span as specified
in the
lifting capacity table; Ã p. 11 - 28.
– The 50 t counterweight combination is resting on the counterweight plat-
form;

or for a maximum of 21 t counterweight:
1. Sling and position the rigging frame;
à p. 6 - 59.
2. Sling the auxiliary hoist at the centre of gravity;
à p. 6 - 59.
3. Lower the auxiliary hoist to:
– the counterweight combination
or
– the rigging frame;
