7.4.4 Malfunctions of the service brake
Malfunction Cause Remedy
Lights up while
driving or does not
go out after the
engine is started
The air pressure in one of the
two circuits has fallen below
5.5 bar (80 psi)
The vehicle can be driven
slowly to the next repair shop
The air pressure in both circuits
has fallen below 5.5 bar (80 psi)
1. Top up the compressed-
air supply on the filler
connection;

2. Tow the truck crane with
the tow-rod;

Parking brake una-

Supply pressure too low
