8.2.5 Safety program (safety programmable controller)
Create a safety program of the safety programmable controller.
When the safety inputs SA\X0 (safety sensor 1A), SA\X4 (emergency stop switch 1), and SA\X14 (emergency
stop switch 2) are ON, the safety internal relay SA\M10 turns ON.
When the safety input SA\X2 (safety sensor 1B) is ON, the safety internal relay SA\M11 turns ON.
When the safety inputs SA\X10 (safety sensor 2A), SA\X14 (emergency stop switch 2), and SA\X4 (emergency
stop switch 1) are ON, the safety internal relay SA\M20 turns ON.
When the safety input SA\X12 (safety sensor 2B) is ON, the safety internal relay SA\M21 turns ON.
When the safety internal relay SA\M10 is ON, the safety outputs SA\Y20, SA\Y30, and SA\Y40 turn ON.
When the safety internal relay SA\M11 is ON, the safety outputs SA\Y21, SA\Y31, and SA\Y41 turn ON.
When the safety internal relay SA\M20 is ON, the safety outputs SA\Y50 and SA\Y60 turn ON.
When the safety internal relay SA\M21 is ON, the safety outputs SA\Y51 and SA\Y61 turn ON.
* In addition, processes such as checking the safety refresh communication status and releasing the safety station
interlock are required.
