Cause Action
The excitation filter changeover is not connected to
the HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller. Disconnect the excitation
filter changeover from the HUB controller and connect it again.
See “I-1 (1) Connecting Electrical Components to HUB Controller.”
Indication of the information for the excitation filter
is OFF.
Turn ON the indication function for the information on the excitation filter.
See “V-2 Setting Indication on Operation Screen.”
11 Barrier filter information is not indicated.
Cause Action
The barrier filter changeover is not connected to
the HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller. Disconnect the barrier filter
changeover from the HUB controller and connect it again.
See “I-1 (1) Connecting Electrical Components to HUB Controller.”
Indication of the information for the barrier filter is
OFF.
Turn ON the indication function for the information on the barrier filter.
See “V-2 Setting Indication on Operation Screen.”
12 Dia-illumination lamp voltage is not indicated.
Cause Action
The dia-illumination lamp power supply is not
connected to the HUB controller correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller. Disconnect the
dia-illumination lamp power supply from the HUB controller and connect it
again.
See “I-1 (1) Connecting Electrical Components to HUB Controller.”
The EXTERNAL switch of the dia-illumination lamp
power supply is OFF.
Turn ON the EXTERNAL switch of the dia-illumination lamp power
supply.
See “I-1 (2) Turning ON EXTERNAL Switch of Dia-Illumination Lamp
Power Supply.”
The remote control operation is set to “OFF.”
Set the remote control operation to “ON.”

Cause Action
The HUB controller is not connected to the
microscope correctly.
Turn OFF the power to the HUB controller.
Check that the HUB controller is correctly connected to the microscope.
Indication of z-axis coordinates is OFF.
Turn ON the indication function for z-axis coordinates.

14 Buzzer doesn’t sound when a key is pressed.
Cause Action
The buzzer is OFF.
Turn the buzzer ON.
