Setting Scanning for Transmission
This section describes how to make settings when sending a fax.

You can send a duplex document by fax with the ADF.
When you set a document on the document glass, this function cannot be used.

Press the (FAX) button on the operator panel.

Set a document in the ADF.

Check that [Fax] is selected, and then press the button.

Press the button to select [Fax Functions] and press the button.

Press the or button to select [Duplex Scan] and press the button.

Press the or button to select the value you want to set and press the
(OK) button.
You can specify [Long Edge Bind] or [Short Edge Bind].

Press the button until the start screen is displayed.

Specify a destination.
