How to Process Certified Mail
The USPS offers several Confirmation Services to assure postal customers of the
delivery of their parcels. To track parcels, the USPS must be able to uniquely identify
each one with a label.
• Not all mail classes may offer Certified.
• Be sure to use the correct label for the service you want.
1.
Place your item on the weighing platform and press .
2. Select Services [5].
3. Select Retail [4].
4. Select Certified [7].
5. Select [2] for Return Receipt, [5] for Off-line Electronic Return Receipt. (Optional)
