23.5. CUSTOMERS
Customers database features a list of names of customers for whom the measurements are carried
out.
Procedure:
• Enter < Databases> menu, press <Customers> key,
• Press < Add> button for adding a new customer,
• For operating an already introduced customer, press the customer field, fill in respective data.
List of parameters defined for a customer:
1. Name
2. Code [internal code providing customer identification]
3. VAT no. [tax identification no.]
4. Address
5. Postal code
6. City
23.6. FORMULATIONS
Formulations database contains all added formulations. They can be carried out automatically.
Procedure:
• Enter < Databases> submenu, press <Formulations> key,
• Press < Add> button to design a new formulation, or
• Select already existing formulation button and press it,

1. Name
2. Code
3. Ingredients
4. Target value
23.7. FORMULATIONS REPORTS
Reports on formulations database stores information on carried out formulations. Each report can be
previewed and printed.
Procedure:
• Enter < Databases> submenu, press <Formulation Reports> key,
• Select particular report button out of the list, use scroll buttons to find the report you need,
• Report’s name consists of date and time of its creation, e.g.: 2011.10.12 15:12:15.
Information provided by the Formulation Report:
• User
• Formulation
• Start date
• End date
• Ingredients quantity
• Measurements
• Sum
• Target value
• Difference
