To turn on t he int erior lights, push t he
switch in.

To t urn the wiper s on, move the lever.
To make the washer squirt , push the
button on the end of the lever.
The engine switc h must be in the “ON”
posit ion.
The wipers will oper ate at interval s when
the lever i s in the “INT” posi tion.
If the washer does not work , check to see
whether the washer tank is empt y. For
infor mation on adding was her f luid, see
“Adding washer f luid” in Sect ion 7−3.
In col d weather, warm the winds hield w ith
the defros ter befor e us ing the washer.
This will help prevent icing, whic h coul d
block y our vis ion.
NOTICE
Do not oper ate the wipers if the wind-
shield is dr y. It may scrat ch the
glass.
