Ending stitching
Press the start/stop button, or release the foot controller, to
stop the sewing machine.
If sewing is finished, raise the presser foot, and then pull the
fabric to the back.
* If the fabric cannot be removed, turn the handwheel
towards yourself until the needle is in its highest position,
and then pull out the fabric.
Thread cutting
Line up the two threads, and then cut them with the thread
cutter on the face cover.
Reverse sewing
Reverse sewing is performed at the beginning and the end of
sewing to prevent the thread from unraveling.
Reverse stitches are sewn while the reverse sewing button is
pressed.
* Sew 3 to 4 reverse stitches at the beginning and end of
sewing to prevent unraveling.
* Remove your finger from the reverse sewing button to
return to forward direction sewing.
* If a stitch other than a straight stitch is selected, three
reinforcement stitches are sewn, and then the machine
stops.
