8. In the Supplies Management area, select the required options:
• Reorder at - sets the percentage at which the toner cartridge and/or drum cartridge
Reorder Notification message will be displayed on the local user interface.
• Toner Cartridge Status - enables or disables the toner cartridge Reorder Notification on
the local user interface.
• Drum Cartridge Status - enables or disables the drum cartridge Reorder Notification on
the local user interface.
• Cancel Current Reorder Message(s) - removes an active Toner and/or Drum Cartridge
Reorder Notification alert from the local user interface.
9. Click on Apply to save the changes.
Click on OK.
If prompted, enter the Administrator’s User ID admin and Password 1111, and click on Login.
Date and Time
The Date and Time page allows modification of date, time and timezone information.
1. At your Workstation, open the web browser, enter the TCP/IP Address of the machine in the
Address bar.
2. Press Enter.
3. Click on the Properties tab.
4. If required, enter the Administrator’s User Name admin and Password 1111, and click OK button.
5. Click on the General Setup link.
6. Click on the Date and Time link in the directory tree. The Date and time page displays.
7. On the world map, click the timezone that is closest to you or select it from the list box below the
map.
8. Select the preferred date format and enter the date and time using the drop-down menus.
9. Select the preferred time format by clicking the radio button and enter the current time in the text
fields
Note Remember to specify AM or PM if Display as 12 hour clock is selected.
10. Click Apply to save changes.
