Image cloudy, Milky
The hygienic protective cover is
not placed correctly on the
optical window
Place the hygienic protective
cover on the optical window
correctly
Optical element scratched
Replace the interchangeable
head.
The handpiece is defective
Send the handpiece for repair
Lens above image sensor dirty
Clean lens image sensor
Image too dark
The LED is defective
Replace the interchangeable
head
No image
USB connection cable not
connected
Connect the USB connection
cable
USB connection cable too long
For long connection to the clinic
PC, use an USB repeater
Computer not switched on;
software not started
Switch on the computer and start
the software.
Camera driver not correctly
installed
Check the driver installation and
software settings.
Interchangeable head not placed
on correctly, no contact between
the handpiece and the
interchangeable head
Ensure that the interchangeable
head has been placed on to its
fullest extent, no gap between
the handpiece and the
interchangeable head.
The camera vibrates when
pressing the trigger button,
but no picture is displayed
Interchangeable head not
recognized by software
Replace the interchangeable
head.
Moving image judders
Processor power of the
computer is too low
Reduce image resolution.
Use a computer in accordance
with the system requirements
