In the event of malfunctioning, it is extremely dangerous to try to eliminate the fault personally.
The instructions given below must be strictly followed; if you do not have the experience and
necessary qualication to work safely, please contact a specialized technician.

If the inverter duly reconnects to the grid, the fault was due to temporary
phenomena.
We advise having the system inspected by the installer or a specialized technician if this
malfunctioning occurs frequently.
If the inverter does not reconnect to the grid, make it safe by isolating it
(by means of the disconnect switches) on the both the DC side and the
AC side, and then contact the installer or an authorized service centre to
have the photovoltaic generator fault repaired.
