Change the AdBlue® filter
1.
Turn off the engine.
NOTE:
Once the engine has been turned OFF, wait
for at least two minutes to prevent the
AdBlue® feed pump from taking in air.
2.
Before removing the filter, clean the
surrounding surfaces.
3.
Unscrew cover panel.
4.
Loosen and unscrew filter cover (A).
5.
Collect any escaping AdBlue®.
6.
Change the filter cartridge.
NOTE:
Used AdBlue® filters should be treated as
hazardous waste.
7.
Clean any dirt from the sealing surface of the
filter support.
8.
Screw on filter cover (A).
9.
Start engine.
10.
Check for leaks.
11.
Screw on cover panel.

Procedure
1.
Remove breather filter (A).
NOTE:
The breather filter cannot be cleaned.
2.
Pull the hose off the tank.
3.
Blow the hose through with compressed air.
4.
Reattach the hose to the tank.
5.
Fit a new breather filter.
