2.10.3.1 Filling with oil
WICHTIG:
The oil used must meet a purity level compliant with class 20/18/15 in accordance with ISO 4406-1999 or
class 10A/10B/9C in accordance with SAE AS4095 Revision E.
Vorgehensweise
1.
Preferably the oil should be pumped in
through a return coupling using a pump. This
way the oil is filtered.
2.
If this is not working, unscrew the breather
filter (A) and fill with hydraulic oil. After filling,
refit the breather filter and tighten.

2.10.4 Change hydraulic system filter
Return line filter
Drain the oil.
1. Place the oil drip pan underneath the hydraulic
tank.
2. Unscrew and remove oil drain plug (A) and
allow oil to drain (approx. 5 l).
3. Unscrew the filter cover bolts (B) and remove
the filter cover.
4. Replace return filter.
5. Use a new O-ring.
6. Fit the filter cover (B) and tighten the bolts.
7. Clean the oil drain plug (A), screw back in and
tighten.
NOTE:
When changing the hydraulic oil filter, only a small
part of the hydraulic oil is to be drained.
