The
Load
Key
executes
the
LOAD
correction. The
LOAD
correction is
performed by
connecting
a
LO
AD
standard
device
which has
been previously
measured. By
performing the
LOAD
correction
in
addition
to
the
OPEN/SHORT correction,
the 4263B
can remove
measurement
error
resulting
from
the
complex
residual impedance
which cannot
be completely
removed by
the
OPEN/SHORT
correction.
The
LO
AD
correction
is
not necessary
when performing
a measurement
by directly
connecting
an
Agilent
test
xture
to
the 4263B
.
The
following
LO
AD
correction
menu is
displayed when
is
pressed.
