1.
Turn
the
4263B
OFF.
2. Set
the LED
PW switch
on the
Handler Interface
T
ester
to
OFF
,
and
set
the
IN1,
IN2,
IN3,
and IN4
switches to
0.

Set
up
the
equipment
as
shown
in Figure
9-10

ON.
5.
Reset the
4263B.

switch
