4.4.3 EXTRACCION CARBURADOR
Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES) y 1.2.1 (COMBUSTIBLE).
◆ Coloque el vehículo sobre el caballete central.
◆ Coloque la extremidad suelta del tubo de drenaje (1)
en un recipiente de recogida.
◆ Afloje el tornillo de purga (2) y espere a que el com-
bustible (presente en el carburador y en el recipiente
de retención) se salga del todo.
◆ Atornille del todo el tornillo de purga (2).
◆ Desconecte el tubo de alimentación combustible (3)
del carburador.
◆ Desconecte el conector (4) del cable aire automático.
◆ Afloje la abrazadera (5) del colector filtro aire-carbura-
dor (6).
◆ Afloje la abrazadera (7) del manguito colector de aspi-
ración (8).
A este punto el carburador aún está conecta-
do al cable acelerador.
Actúe con cuidado para no dañar los componentes.
◆ Deje libre el carburador del colector (6) y del manguito
(8) y extráigalo parcialmente.
Actúe con cuidado.
No dañe las lengüetas de acoplamiento du-
rante la extracción.
◆ Desenganche la tapa (9) de la palanca cable acelera-
dor de los tres acoplamientos de presión.
◆ Destornille del todo la tuerca (10) que bloquea la curva
rígida cable acelerador (11).
◆ Extraiga de su sede la curva rígida cable acelerador
(11).
◆ Extraiga la cabeza cable acelerador (12) del enganche
palanca.
◆ Extraiga del todo el carburador.

4.4.3 REMOVING THE CARBURETTOR
Carefully read 1.4 (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL IN-
FORMATION) and 1.2.1 (FUEL).
◆ Position the vehicle on the stand.
◆ Position the free end of the drain pipe (1) inside the
collection tank.
◆ Loosen the drain screw (2) and wait until all the fuel
has flowed out (fuel present in the carburettor and in
the fuel header tank).
◆ Tighten the drain screw (2) completely.
◆ Disconnect the fuel delivery pipe (3) from the carburet-
tor.
◆ Disconnect the connector (4) of the automatic air ca-
ble.
◆ Loosen the clamp (5) of the air filter-carburettor mani-
fold (6).
◆ Loosen the clamp (7) of the induction manifold cou-
pling (8).
At this point the carburettor is still connected
with the accelerator cable.
Proceed with care in order not to damage the compo-
nents.
◆ Release the carburettor from the manifold (6) and from
the coupling (8) and extract it partially.
Proceed with care.
During removal, take care not to damage the
tangs.
◆ Release the cover (9) of the accelerator cable lever
from the three pressure cogs.
◆ Completely unscrew the nut (10) that fixes the rigid
bend of the accelerator cable (11).
◆ Withdraw the rigid bend of the accelerator cable (11)
from its seat.
◆ Withdraw the accelerator cable head (12) from the le-
ver coupling.
◆ Remove the carburettor completely.
