Transfer
Basically, you have two options when
transferring calls; viz. unattended
and consultative transfer.
The scenario described on this page
is the unattended transfer, where
you transfer the call to someone
else without consulting that person
before the transfer is carried out.
If you consult the person rst, you
will transfer after having used the
swap feature—see the next page for
more on this.
About Transfer
Place the call in
the usual way.
In a call tap
Transfer.
Locate
whom to
call in the
usual way.
Tap Complete
transfer—see
also text in side
bar at right.
The call will be transferred.
