PH IL I P S HI-FI SYSTEM
Your vehicle may be equipped with a Philips Hi-Fi system, specially designed to fit in with your cabin interior.
It consists of :
- A DSP (Digital Signal Processing) high power digital amplifier,
- A low subwoofer box (30Hz – 100 Hz),
- 8 Philips-specific loudspeakers,
- an MP3 reader.
Adjustment in CD or radio mode
The basic functions remain the same as those for the radio.
No extra adjustment is necessary.
However, to profit fully from your Philips system, you are recommended to adjust the audio functions: bass (Bass),
treble (Treb), front/rear balance (Fad), left/right balance (Bal) to position O, Loudness (Loud) to position ON for
listening to a CD and to position OFF for listening to the radio.
Your system also gives you Dolby wrap-around sound for Pop, Rock and Classical.
Note : In the event of poor reception of the FM stereo signal and/or the mono source, deactivate the sound ambiances.
