The fuel filler cap vent knob controls
air entering and leaving the fuel tank.
When refilling the fuel tank, turn the
vent knob counterclockwise to open
and remove the fuel filler cap.
Turn the vent knob clockwise and
close it securely before transporting
or storing the fuel tank.
The fuel gauge is part of the fuel
filler cap, and indicates the fuel level
in the tank.
