Cleaning/Replacem&t
1. Turn the fuel tank hose connector
counterclockwise to remove the
fuel tank filter.
2. Clean the fuel tank filter with non-
flammable cleaner or solvent.
Replace the fuel tank filter if neces-
sary.
3. After cleaning or replacement, rein-
stall the fuel tank filter and fuel
tank hose coniiector securely.

Fuse Replacernent
BLOWN FUSE
If the fuse is blown, running the engine
will not charge the battery, and the
electric starter will not work.

Replacing a fuse with one that has a
higher rating g,reatly increases the
chances of damaging the electrical
system.
If you do not have a replacement
fuse with the proper rating for the
circuit, install one with a lower
rating.
