7. STOPPING THE ENGINE (REMOTE CONTROL TYPE)

Emergency Engine Stop
ONTROL PANEL
EMERGENCY STOP
ITCH LANYARD
EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH CLIP
Disengage the emergency stop switch
clip from the emergency stop switch
by pulling the emergency stop switch
lanyard.
It is a good idea to stop the engine with
the emergency stop switch lanyard from
time to time to be sure that the switch is
operating properly.
Normal Engine Stop
N(neutra1)
1. Move the control lever to the N
(neutral) position, and turn the
ignition key to the OFF position
2. When the boat is not in use, remove
and store the ignition key.
