5-3. Operating the pitch time monitor screen
The pitch time monitor screen has two different screens, i.e., the screen No. 1 that displays the production
volume and pitch time as a graph, and the screen No. 2 on which the graph-related setting is carried out.
The pitch time monitor screen No. 1 is operated under two different modes, i.e., the production volume graph
mode for displaying the transition of the production volume with time, and the pitch time graph mode for display-
ing the distribution and variation of pitch time (operation time) per sewing item. The sewing work status can be
checked by changing over the mode between these two on the pitch time monitor screen No. 2.
(1)-1 Production volume graph mode
A graph vertical axis of which represents the production volume and horizontal axis of which represents the
working time of day is displayed. With this graph, the production status over a long period of time can be
checked and the time period where a problem occurs can be found.
In addition, the production volume in the section specied with the cursor
can be displayed, and the total pro-
duction volume and average pitch time in the section specied with
and can be checked on the pitch time
monitor screen No. 2. In this way, detailed information on an arbitrary section can be checked.
