Permit/prohibit to transmit scanned data to the following device.
- E-Mail
- HDD
- FTP
- SMB
- QUEUE
- Manual Input
1 Follow the procedure on page 6-3 to display the Machine Administrator Setting Menu Screen.
2 Touch [01 System Setting], [04 Operation Prohibit Set], and then [03 Scanner Prohibit Setting].
3 Touch to highlight [Permit] or [Prohibit] for each item.
4 Touch [OK] to complete the setting.
– To cancel the change, touch [Cancel].
In either case, the Operation Prohibit Setting Menu Screen will be restored.
5 If further changes are required, touch the desired key.
