6.5.2 02 User Authentication Set \ 01 Management Setting
If authentication mode is enabled, [List] can be displayed on the User Authentication Setting Screen and the
User Registration Screen.
When [List] is touched, user names/section names registered in the unit will be displayed, so you can set a
user name/section name simply by selecting from the list.
Also, the functions available and output quantity to authenticated users can be limited.
1 Follow the procedure on page 6-3 to display the Machine Administrator Setting Menu Screen.
2 Touch [04 User Auth./Account Track], [02 User Authentication Set], and then [01 Management Setting].
The Management Setting Screen will be displayed.
3 Touch [Display] or [Not Display] on the right side of the "User Name List".
4 Touch [Initial-setting restrictions] to display the Initial Limit Setting Screen.
