Use this function to print out the list selected from the following items.
- Mode memory list:
Programmed contents of Mode memory
- User management list:
Home position settings selected by user
- Use management list:
Information controlled by user authentication or division authentication
- Font pattern list:
Font patterns used in the machine
- Audit log report:
Audited log
1 Follow the procedure on page 6-3 to display the Machine Administrator Setting Menu Screen.
2 Touch [01 System Setting], and then [06 List/Count].
3 Touch any key to print the list.
4 Touch [COPY] tab to display the Copy Screen.
– Press [Start] on the control panel to start printing the selected list.
To suspend printing, press [Stop]. Touch [UTILITY] tab to return to the List Print Screen.
5 Touch Return to restore the Machine Administrator Setting Menu Screen.
6 If further changes are required, touch the desired key.
