dishwasher, the following procedure must be adhered to:
1. Unplug the dishwasher from the wall outlet. Using the house circuit
breaker to cut power is also an option. (Turning the power off via the front
panel control is not sufficient.)
2. Replace the panel.
3. Re-apply power at the AC outlet.
4. Check the dishwasher for proper operation.
Any variation from this 3-step procedure will cause the new panel not to
function.
7 Some F13 Faults in the G 2000 Dishwashers May Be
Caused by a Clogged Flow Restrictor
It has come to our attention that, in some areas of the country, debris in the
water supply may get past the inlet filter and clog the flow restrictor. When
diagnosing a persistent F13, this should be taken into consideration. Cleaning
the flow restrictor will temporarily alleviate the problem, but for a permanent
fix, the green flow restrictor from part number 05622950, Conv. Kit Regulator,
should be used. This restrictor has a slightly different design and is less likely
to become clogged.
8 Winterizing Procedure for G 2xxx Series Dishwashers
Step 1: Unplug power cord or turn circuit breaker off.
Step 2: Turn off water supply valve.
Step 3: Uninstall dishwasher from cabinetry and lay on right side.
Step 4: Remove drip tray retaining screws, quantity 4, T-20, from left and
right rear corners adjacent to rear legs, and left and right corners
on front leading edge.
